Questions, a bug, or an idea for Picbye? We would love to hear from you.

Please include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, Picbye version and the steps that led to the issue. Avoid attaching personal photos unless they are necessary to explain it.

Photo access

Open system Settings and find Picbye to change photo access. If only selected photos are allowed, you can choose more from Picbye Settings.

Accidentally swiped?

Use Undo. If the photo is in your set-aside list, tap its arrow to keep it. If deletion was confirmed, check Recently Deleted in Apple Photos.

An iCloud photo will not load

Check your connection and tap Reload. Picbye relies on the system to retrieve iCloud photos.

About availability

The App Store listing may be unavailable until Picbye is released in your region. This site does not take payments or distribute installation profiles.
